At Quinky, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more;

* Most items of clothing on Quinky are vintage and/or reloved. This means, at times, they will show signs of wear that are to be expected in old clothing. We will do our best to show the clothing in the best light and will be honest with any blemishes or things you need to be aware of when we list them online.
Because of this, returns will not be accepted, unless the item is faulty.

* Any items sold on Quinky that are 'New', such as accessories and toys, can be returned for a refund or replacement if they are faulty or not as described on arrival.
Once the item(s) is received back, we will reimburse postage costs on proof of receipt.
